These terms govern your use of AmpClip at ampclip.io. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
AmpClip generates TikTok photo slideshows for musicians from the tracks, images and briefs you provide, and can publish them to a TikTok account you connect. Generated content is a draft you are responsible for reviewing before it is posted.
Your content and your accounts
You keep all rights to the music, lyrics, images and text you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process, render and, on your instruction, publish that content. You confirm you hold the rights to everything you upload and to any music you publish with. You are responsible for the TikTok accounts you connect and for complying with TikTok's terms, community guidelines and music usage rules when you publish.
Acceptable use
Do not use AmpClip to publish content you do not have rights to, to impersonate others, to spam, to post misleading or fabricated claims about real people, or to circumvent TikTok's rules. We may suspend accounts that do.
AI-generated content
Copy and images are produced by AI models and may be inaccurate. AmpClip checks that songs named on slides exist in public music catalogs, but you remain responsible for what you publish.
Credits, plans and payment
Free accounts include a small number of slideshow credits. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Availability and liability
AmpClip is provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it, and we are not liable for lost revenue, lost content, or platform actions taken by TikTok. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding three months.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination your content is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
