Data deletion

You can remove your data from AmpClip at any time, without contacting us.

Disconnect TikTok

Settings → TikTok → Disconnect. This deletes the stored access and refresh tokens immediately. You can also revoke AmpClip from TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions.

Delete individual content

Tracks, audiences, slideshows, research reports and uploaded images each have a delete action in the app. Deleting a slideshow removes its rendered slides and generated images from storage.

Delete your account

Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. This removes your user record, workspace, all content, connected accounts and tokens. The deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you cannot sign in, email hello@ampclip.io from the address on the account and we will delete it within 7 days and confirm by reply.
